2024 Arizona Fiber Festival Vendor Application Form

Vendor Application Deadline for the Arizona Fiber Festival (“Festival”): December 1, 2023.

Event location: 395 S. Main Street, Camp Verde, Arizona 86322

Vendor Event dates: Friday, April 5, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 9:00 am to
5:00, pm and Sunday, April 7, 2024, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. See Item #5 below regarding set up times.

Can we repost photos from your website and social media accounts for the purpose of promoting your work and the festival on our website and social media?

There are a number of additional ways you can support the Festival: goodie bag contributions, sponsorship, or a raffle basket item(s). If you are interested in any of these opportunities, please indicate below, and we will have someone contact you with more information.

All vendor spaces are indoors, and the cost of each 10’ by 10’ space is $250. The venue will provide 1 – 2 chairs and 1 – 2 tables.

Arizona Fiber Festival (“Festival”) Rules, Regulations, and Indemnity Agreement

 

  1. The Arizona Federation of Weavers and Spinners Guilds was chartered and incorporated to promote weaving, spinning, dyeing, basketry, and allied fiber arts within Arizona and in general. The focus of the Federation is to support the member Guilds and encourage joint Guild activities by coordinating educational opportunities for its members around the state.
  2. The Festival will determine Festival location, dates, and hours.
  3. Vendor Guidelines
    1. The following must be received and approved prior to vending:
      1. Completed and signed vendor registration and proof of all relevant licenses and health department certifications, when applicable.
      2. Payment of Festival registration.
  • Signed copy of Festival Rules and Regulations and Release of Liability.
  1. Vendors are required by the State of Arizona to have an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT)

License and for remitting Town of Camp Verde Sales Tax. The one-time cost for this License is $12.00. Click here to apply for an Arizona TPT License and here for information about Camp Verde sales tax.

  1. Vendor Selection
    1. All vendor applications will be reviewed and accepted or rejected by the Festival.
    2. The Festival has the right to accept or reject any applicant at any time.
    3. Vendors may cancel their booth registration prior to January 1, 2024, for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after that date.
  2. Stall Guidelines and Market Safety
    1. Vendors will sell at a designated stall space and maintain their stall space in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition.
    2. Vendors may set up Friday, April 5, 2024, from 8:00 am until 3:30 pm to be ready to open from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm for Friday workshop attendees and other early arrivals.
    3. Breakdown begins after the Festival closes at 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 7, 2024. Breakdown is not permitted until after the Festival closes.
    4. Vendors have responsibility for the safety and behavior of anyone accompanying them.
    5. Spaces will be clearly delineated and marked. Vendors must remain within the allotted space.
  3. Market Violations
    1. Any vendor violating the above stated rules and regulations of the Festival or other local, state, or federal regulations may be suspended and/or expelled from the Festival.
    2. The Festival managers have the discretion to make any on-site decisions regarding violations.
    3. Any serious violations will be reported to the proper authorities.

 

Applications are due no later than December 1, 2023. Applications received after December 1, 2023 will be considered late and assessed a $25 late fee. No applications will be considered after January 31, 2024.
