General Information

The Arizona Federation of Weavers and Spinners, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) entity governed by an Executive Board: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer and guild representatives, one from each member guild in the State of Arizona.

The Board meets a minimum of three (3) times per year to conduct planning for educational events and managing financial matters. The next regular Board meeting is scheduled for September 27, 2025 at 1:00 PM (MST) via Zoom.

Board meetings are open to any member of a participating guild who wishes to attend. If you wish to attend, contact your guild Federation representative for the Zoom link.

To submit the Guild Report: After filling out the form, download it with your changes. (When you click the download icon, you will be given that choice.) Then click the Submit Form button at the bottom of the report you just completed. When the email opens, enter “Guild Report Form 2025” in the Subject field. Then select Attach and attach the Guild Report that you downloaded. Send the email, and you’re done!
